Book online via our journey planner on the home page. There are several choices for how you'd prefer to receive your tickets - we can post them to you, you can collect them personally at key locations, you can print your own e-ticket or have a text ticket reference sent to your mobile phone*.
Book by phone - call our central reservations centre on 0871 266 3333 to speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable Travel Advisors. They're happy to give you any information you might need, and make your booking. We're open from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week**.
Buy in person - tickets can be purchased from our Travel Centres and agents. We have Travel Centres within the Bus Stations in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness.
Starting your journey right now? You can also buy your ticket direct from the coach driver for most services, although we can't promise that the coach will have seats available. That's why, whenever possible, it makes sense to book in advance to guarantee your seat.
Assisted travel - For passengers with walking difficulties, the driver will assist you to climb a few steps into the bus and help you into your seat. You should purchase your ticket at citylink gold in the usual way.
However, if you use a wheelchair and you need to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of your journey, please DO NOT PURCHASE your ticket via our website.
All citylink gold services use fully accessible vehicles. If you wish to book travel for yourself or a wheelchair user please call 0871 266 3333**
Our customer services team will require details of your journey. Please also have your credit card details ready. The agent will check that there is space on the service you wish to book. Please also tell the agent if you are being accompanied on your trip and a reservation will also be made for the other members of your party.
It is very important that you make your reservation as early as possible, but no less than 48 hours before the intended date of travel.

e-tickets, text tickets cost 12p and posted tickets incur a 55p charge.
